It’s important you understand what services and products we’re able to supply you with. That is why we’ve made sure to give you the answers you need so you’ll be positive you’ve made the right decision choosing to work with us. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We have a flat shipping rate of £5.99 for mainland UK, or £9.99 for NI. Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping. We use an express shipping method on all our orders, so your products should arrive in 1-4 business days, depending on your location. International orders require individual shipping prices; these will be calculated at checkout.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns on products are accepted within 30 days of the date of order. Returns cannot be sent without prior written consent of LED Supplies. The customer is liable for the cost of any return shipping. Where products are faulty or incorrect, the customer must make LED Supplies aware as soon as the products are received. Products can then be returned for either refund or replacement. Refunds are not offered on bespoke or custom products unless there is a manufacturing fault on the item.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order amount on our products. However, orders over £200 will qualify for free shipping.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE SERVICES?

We do! We're always excited to help you design your perfect display solution. We have completed many bespoke orders in the past and our customers are always thrilled with the results. Please contact us to speak with someone about your order.

WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE?

All our LEDs have CE and RoHS certifications. Many of our products also use industry-leading MeanWell drivers to provide a premium quality service.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE?

All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, unless stated otherwise.
